My experiences with gatherings is that it's impossible to get time and place for everyone. Charlie might be able to chime in on that. So, just set a time and place and go from there. As long as Chandler will be wearing his pink, freshly washed outfit.

What I do in Md, is what you all are doing now.
You have a place in mind, I suggest a time of 1 pm. That way out of town people can talk and enjoy every one's company after the event

I also suggest a Saturday, so you have a day to rest up.

Make sure you make it clear that families and children are invited too, or a lot of people won't come.

A reference was made for the second or turd week of Jan, so.....

set it like this:

Va's Jan GTG

Va chapter is planning it's Jan GTG at Charlie's Restaurant
(insert link to restaurant here) On Jan 21 at 1 pm

Please bring your family's!!!

Will attend
1.
2.
3.

Everyone copy/pastes the names in. If I were to attend I would put
1. dustybumpers and Janet (2)

Make sure to put a last day to sign in date so you can make the reservations.

This is ours from November. We also post the pictures of the event in the same thread.

I put ours up in the read first stickys, so you don't have to search for it.
