95 Head gasket

I seem to have a head gasket leaking on the driver side. I have read books and it seems staight forward. Just alot of removing stuff to get it loose. My question is, Is it really difficult.I have a guy saying he will replace them for $150. Seems pretty reasonable.I have replaced them on older vehicles. Any info would be helpful.
Thanks.

It's not really too difficult. But since I'm getting old and lazy I would probably pay someone $150 to do it so I didn''t have to do it .Of course I would have to be confident that this guy was capable of doing the job or I'd do it myself.
I'm assuming the quote of $150 doesn't include parts?? A complete gasket kit usually costs at least $75.

I priced the gasket kit, $60.00. That was pretty much what I was thinking.$150.00 just so I don't have to do it.
