Replacement doors?
I sandblasted my doors this weekend and although they are in good shape I think Iam going to replace them. Iam doing a 150% restore and have spared no cost on my truck sofar. Who sells the the best repo doors for these tucks? I have prices for everthing from 159.99(LMC) to 221.00(250auto) I want the best quality door for the money. THANKS

Any aftermarket door won't be as good as the original. Thinner metal and may not fit quite right. What's wrong with your current doors. If they are pretty good, I'd still use those over aftermarket any day of the week or try to find some good used ones. But, If I was going to replace them with aftermarket I'd go with Bronco Graveyard's or Dennis Carpenters. Even though they are aftermarket, those two companies I've had good luck with. I haven't heard good things about LMC's steel body parts. Chances are though, most of these companies are getting their aftermarket stuff from the same suppliers anyway.

My doors cleaned up nice but at the bottom was quite rusty. I know that if i paint them that inside of a year the rust will be back because of the rust between the skin and the door frame,that can not be cleaned.. I hate to do that much work only to due it over again. Jeff's sells a outter door skin I'am thinking about.

NPD said they have NOS drivers doors. When I called the MI store they said they had one in stock and the FL location had 36 in stock. They can ship to you direct or to their closest location for pick up. At least you'll have a new one on the left side. Price was listed at 299.00.

My version of replacement doors is a set of used doors that have no rust.
I happened to find a rust-free cab and rust-free doors for $700 CAN.
Considering the price it would take to rebuild my cab and doors, it's actually pretty decent.
I suggest waiting until you find some doors, unless it's a pressing matter to you.
