Repeated No Start

I had a no start on my 05 with 93K milles, and used the guide to work through and get it started. here is a breif history of the problem.

1st No start
Fuel filters changed (clean and no water found)
Batteries load tested
ICP voltage cecked (1.3 VDC cranking)
FICM voltage checked (48 VDC after repair)

I removed the FICM and completed the repair. the engine started several times and ran without issues.

2nd no start
The next day while wiggling the plugs at he FICM it attemed to fire. i went back in to the FICM after running the harness and plugs for chaffing I found 3 bad solder joints on the control board a the the pins, and repaired (incomplete solder and black at the pin base). reinstalled the FICM and the engine started and ran fine. for 25 miles. the next start it developed a miss at 1500 rpm and some black smoke that went away after warming up, drove 50 miles and had a intermittent miss going down the road.

3rd No Start
I am planning on checking for bubble in the secodary filter (leaking injector) and a oil and filter change (its getting close) this evening any other suggestions? Thanks

I do not have a good scanner the only code that comes up is P2285 when I disconnect the ICP and try to start.
