I am positive I have a C-6. I can not remember off the top of by head what it is called but ther is a cable coming off of the top of the throttle body near the perpindicular to hte throttle cable that goes to the transmission, that is what I was adjusting.

If you're sure it's a C-6, then that can ONLY be the kickdown cable.
