Question "Limited Edition" seats???

Ok, now I'm afraid....

I DO NOT want those fancy dansy "Limited Edition" seats.

Are they still producing them or will I get dark charcoat seats like the ones they have been advertizing in the 2011 brouchure?

I"ll be ordering in a couple days. Can they ensure I don't get the two-tone seats??

KR "baseball glove" leather for me, or at least that's what it will be....unless there is a Cabelas Edition in MY12....might have a decision to make.

Can somebody tell me exactly what part of the chairs are leather? I think just the side bolsters and the middle section. Everthing else is hard and does not accept leather cleaner well.

It actually appears that the "limited addition" seats are not very limited, after all there are several sets of them.....

Now a limited edition rear end bounce at 40-45 mph, thats something special and limited!

Good to see you are maintaining a sense of humor...any updates on your bounce?

Well it would have cost Ford more money to order the insert fabric or WAIT till they received more in stock..thats why they stopped.

Well, thats my story and I'm sticking to it.

Well, I agree that Shane's seats look good in beige but I don't like the Charcoal verion and I hope that mine are more of a one-tone rather than dark grey with a light grey insert.

Unless that leather is soft suede, then maybe I'd like it.

The "baseball glove" leather has been replaced for 2011. If you want that, you'll have to settle for a 2010 6.4

I was initially a bit disappointed, since that leather is one of the things I always loved about the KR. The new stuff is easier to care for and higher quality... I'm more than happy with it.

I've always disliked the KR interior, but I sat in a 2011 KR and was really impressed.

I don't care for the gray interior at all,..on either design. Gray to me makes feel like I'm in a rent car or a fleet vehicle. Gray is just not my thing.

Earth tone guy, here.

Just my opinion.
