Econoline info

Hi,
Please excuse my ignorance, but could some one tell me if a 2000 model Econoline diesel 7.3 runs a electric fuel lift pump or a mechanical one.
These van are unheard of here in Australia instead we have troublesome Ford transit vans.

cheers

The fuel pump is an in-line electric pump mounted on the left hand frame rail (LH rear of engine compartment). The fuel pump draws fuel from the fuel tank and supplies it to the engine at 310-448 kPa (45-65 psi).
