Ok so I took some stage 2s out of one truck and put them in another and getting po269 272 275 the truck they are in now passed the test before injector swap it will pass the buzz test now... I put all new o rings on the injectors and drove it for a while before testing.... These injectors probably have 20,000 miles on them since a rebuild from rosewood diesel so what do y'all think?
It sometimes idles good and other times it kinda loops it has more power than it use to but it's not as smooth. The truck ran great before. It has no chip on it
None of my trucks with modified injectors (except Stage-1) will pass a contribution test, yet they run great.
Even so, if you don't have a chip to account for the extra fuel they are dumping the comptuer doesn't know what to do.
And without a chip it will run kind of funny anyway.
You have to have good tuning to match your injectors to have a smooth running truck.
