Rear main seal

Looks like to replace rear main seal you need to remove the main bearing cap. What does this need to be torqued back to? Any other tricks i should be aware of? Thank you.

Mains are torqued to 95-105 ft-lbs.
Coat the seal with oil before installing.
Before installing the main cap place a thin bead of RTV from the seal to the edge of the cap. This will stop oil from seeping through the cap parting line.

Do yourself a favor before you put it back together, MIKE the seal surface on the crank for wear. If the crank is worn you may need to get a "problem solver" type seal.
