Suggestions on raising my rear end. Adjustable shocks?

Really? I didn't know any Ford truck came with blocks. I wonder how big the blocks are on the 4x4's?
Thank you! I think it deffinately looks more "trucky", and I like trucky!
I don't plan on taking the lift off any time real soon. I have bigger issues to deal with first. You know how that is
What the other guys said already, looks like a truck should look - IMH that level stance is for lowriders or trucks with air ride that you can load down and they still sit level, not for trucks that actually get used as trucks. Also, I do not think you should take off the body lift - you'll end up at the same ride height in the rear as you were before the blocks, only now the nose will be scraping the road - decent looks for a dually truck, not so much for one like yours IMHO, least not with these big tires you got there now.

- F250 4x4 use 2" tall 3" wide blocks.
- F350 4x4 pickups use 3.5" or 4" tall 3" wide blocks.
- F350 pickups with overload springs have 1" tall 3" wide spacer blocks between the main pack and the overload leaf, those can be used as 1" lift blocks (least I do so in my truck).
- F350 cab-chassis with overload springs may have 1" tall 2.5" wide spacer blocks between the main and overload packs, those could be used as lift blocks on F150 2wd trucks with 2.5" wide springs.
