Rear hatch lock

My rear hatch won't lock and I torn into lubing or replacing the actuator. After looking things over, my hatch key lock looks bad. It won't turn with the key and look corroded. Does anyone know how to replace the lock?
Thanks

Ya I used that post to tear into it. Lubed it all up but my key still won't turn the lock even with the rod unhooked. Didn't know how hard it would be to replace the lock.
Thanks

As i recall the lock - part # 434342 - is held in with a c-clip. Can be pulled from the inside with needle nose pliers. Take it to a locksmith who can fix it (clean?) or get you a replacement.

My hatch will unlock with the key pad and the unlock button in the X, but it will not lock. I can lock it with the key, however. Is this a lock actuator issue?

If you have some time, open up the plastic panel and work the linkage by hand a few times. Add some lube on the linkages and see if that free's up the movement. A lot of dust gets in there and may be binding the works. See link above to the unlocking mechanism diagram.
