Really, why can't you build one on the ford website then. They have every vehicle there that they were making. I thought that the SD's are getting a complete makeover for 2004.

I never really noticed it but now that I think about it I really see a ton of Excursions on the road and most of them look to be holding up quite well. I found where you could build them on the ford website. They don't have a lot of options but $45,000 is a lot of money to drop for a vehicle. I did notice that you could still get the 7.3L Powerstroke in them and the E-series, I don't really know why. I know that the 7.3 still passes the emissions standards until 2005 maybe then they will cut them. My dad has a F350 with the 6.0 and it really is the best diesel I have ever seen.
