Fuel Problem
1984 F150 302 automatic - It seems like my Carb is starving for fuel I get it up to about 80km and it starts to lose power no matter how much gas you give it. Finally it will stall then you have to pour gas in the carb it runs and dies,pour gas in carb again it starts and runs fine until it feels like doing it again. Seems to be not as frequent in the cold weather. Cleaned carb, changed fuel filter and pump. 2 barrel carb.

Fuel Problem
I once found a few chunks of swollen silicone rubber floating around in my tank after living with those symptoms for a few months. Some joker must have stuffed them into the nozzle at the gas station...
