Can I make it louder??

That depends on how much you want to spend. You might be able to remove 2 of the cats, and it will make it a little louder. If you remove them all, it will be louder still, but you will have CEL issues from doing so, and the truck will stink, and you can have issues with inspections, especially if you move or sell the truck. The trucks resale value will plummet if you remove the cats, because major cities are no longer have prospective buyer.
If you hollow out the cats, the hollow cats will create turbulence which will rob your truck of power.
I would start by removing 2 cats, and see how the sound is. If its still too quiet, you will need to replace them with good high flow cats.
One the high flow cats, just because they have a brand name like Magnaflow or Dynomax does not make them high flow cats, nor does it make them good.
A real high flow cat will have two things. One is a lower CPI rating, that is the cells in the substrate are larger than OEM cells, which allows more flow. The other is dramatically increased precious and rare earth metal content. This is because a lower CPI rating means less surface area in the converter, and that means lower catalyst efficiency, and if the efficiency is too low, that means a CEL will occur. If you wanted a CEL, you could have eliminated the cats.
Either of these cats I highly recommend.

These are real high performance cats, which increased loadings so that they keep the CEL off, and continue to do so for years. Both parts are designed for race use, and will handle high temperatures and vibration. this means they will hold up very well in everyday use too.
