And if you think those rates are high...have a "yellow bellied dirt pusher" picked up, and taken to a dealership shop to have the pins turned.

I just got tired of the griping because someone in the shop or dispatch dropped the ball by promising something that couldn't happen that fast. I could go into a page long monologue about a couple of them...but I'd probably get another infraction.
