Anybody done this? looks like a bolt-on

74 F600 front clip on a 67-79 F series?

A salvage yard near me had a school bus chassis with a 73-79 pickup cab installed on it for hauling scrap. It looked like a stock F600.

Fenders are diff for sure, but I have a 71 F100 hood on my F600 school bus......the redneck winnebago....works fine, matter of fact same hood every thing else was different, fenders, grill, etc. Later Whit

carter , If i was you i would go check that school bus and see if it may have a 5 speed tranny with the 5th gear being overdrive. Ford put both a new process and\or another 5 spd w\od.....that will fit in some trucks......fd
