FMX update!
Just wanted to say ''Thanks'' for all the help on my tranny!
I replaced the modulator valve and put on a ''Loker'' downshift cable''
and the old girl will pass everything but the ''Gas station''.....haha..Very Happy!

You don't have an FMX, unless it was swapped in. FMX introduced in 1969, used in 1969/85 Passenger Cars, 1973/77 F350's w/a 300 I-6.
1965/67 F100/350 352: MX Cruise-O-Matic.
Go to a parts store, ask for an FMX trans pan gasket...it won't fit.
The modulator valve is the same for FMX & MX.
