Fuse Panel

The manual mentions a fuse panel by the drivers knees as well as under the hood. Can someone show me where the one under the hood is? My drivers side heated seat is not working....I suspect the wires in the seat are burned out, but why not start with the fuse. Pass side works fine.

2002-2004 trucks do not have a Power Distribution box under the hood like other years do. If you need a fuse box diagram, look in your owner's manual. If you don't have an owners manual, you can download one here.
