Question Remote oil filter lines

I have a 1997 Expedition XLT 4x4 with a 4.6. While changing oil the other day, I noticed that one of the lines going to the remote mounted filter was leaking. These are factory hard line/hose assemblies. I have tried to find replacment lines but can only find one for the 5.4 motor. Will these work on the 4.6?? Part number I have is F8TZ6716AA (tapped for oil pressure sender) and F85Z6K743AA (not thraeded for sender). Please help! We have 180,000 miles on the Expedition with no problems and it runs great! I would like to keep it that way. Thank you.

If you feel comftorable with this the clamps or the bands that are on the hose where it connects to the hard line can be cut off with a box knife or a dremel tool. Then replace the hose and use worm drive hose clamps. I have done this on many other trucks, have not had to change the hoses yet on the expy but I am sure it will need to be some day.
