Finally

Finally got my truck back today from the dealership. (New front differential)

Sharing a vehicle with your wife sucks. And yes she agree's.

I did learn something from it though. She drives an 03 expedition and on rare occassion when you attemp to start it the starter lets out a loud shriek. Im guessing the starter is starting to fail.

sounds like it, maybe drop it down and spray some good lube on it. unless its a PITA to remove then replace it now because if it fails you may have to pay what the starter cost in a tow bill to get it home / to a shop

I have never done a starter on a Ford but done plenty on Chevy's. The Chevy's were pretty easy so hoping the ford will also be. Since it is the wifes car I will replace when I pull it out.
