headers

I have a 351w installed in my 66 f100 2wd. I currently have headers on it with 1 1/2" tubes. I've changed the top works to flow more air and would like 1 5/8" tube headers. Problem is I can't find anyone who makes a bolt in set. Does anyone know where I can get something that will work?

Have you called Hooker or Sanderson headers? They will most likely have what you are looking for.

I have never tried it myself but I would think headers for a 68-79 truck with a 302 would be the same. That should open up lots of options for you in about any price range.

i dont know where you live , but over in my neck of the woods we have Schoenfield headers (20 Cane Hill St.Van Buren Arkansas, 72904 ph#479-474-7529. they build headers of all types. this area over here is full of round-round racers and 4- wheel types. so they probably have a jig for it . give them a try and tell me how it goes eitherway ,goodluck.
