I just installed an MBRP 4' Turbo back system/Cat delete on my 06 6.0. I am still under factory warranty for a few 6 months with this triuck. Does anyone know if I will be given grief (denied coverage) if I have to have the truck serviced under the warranty? If so, does the 4" Catalytic Converter that Magnaflow sells qualify as a catalytic converter in Ford's eyes to replace the factory unit? I still have my factory Cat, but it would seem very restrictive to have it put back into place. Thanks for your input.
It depends on the dealer, in my eyes no, the cat is not tied into anything like O2 sensors, as long as you didnt tamper with anything else, you should be fine. Its better to delete the cat anyways, lower EGT's, especially while towing

its tied to vgt, egr, ebp, load calc. to name a few.

I used to try and educate some of them but it doesn't work. I just enjoy looking at the posts complaining about egr and turbo problems, then look at their signatures with all of the modifications.
