Blurry Windshield - 08 SD

My wife has noticed that the windshield on the passenger side is blurry, makes things look wavy. It's only in one area on the right side but definitely in the line of sight. We bought the truck new in "09 and she never mentioned it till recently (she sleeps a lot while traveling). Anybody else get one with a blurry windshield? I'm going to ask about getting it replaced before it gets some other sort of damage.

Love the truck.

Just happened to my wife's 07 Expedition. Bad laminate in-between the glass and there is nothing you can do about it. Time for a new windshield...

Thanks Tucker! That also helps explain why she (we) didn't notice it before. I'm going to see if it's covered under the warranty.

Unfortunately mine wasn't covered under warranty because we bought it used over 50k. It is definitely a manufacturing defect so get it if you can from the dealer!

Is your truck still under 36,000 miles? Windshield damaged in any way? They may question you about the windshield being original but they should be able to figure that out. Distortions are common, mostly with aftermarket brands.
