I'm back again.. and this time with codes..
Anyways, ran codes today and got some interesting results.
CM -
33 - 54 and 95
KOER
33 and 44
I can replace the ACT.. if it was loss of voltage, I'd say it was because I've unplugged it while it was running to work on it, but above voltage has to be a busted sensor.
For the fuel pump issue.. I accidently tripped that fuel pump switch about a week ago, I'm thinking that caused the fuel pump code, if it couldn't, that might actually be good news.
EGR? I think I broke my EGR hose leading to the valve last time I removed the intake.
but I have absolutely no clue what the smog pump code is about? This one is seriously confusing me.
I've posted about this a couple of times with no information, but the muffler and intake of the smog pump use to be connected with a hose and I unhooked them, I think my truck started backfiring through the intake when I did this, though I know that's how it's suppose to be hooked up.

this thing.. the inlet was hooked up to the 'waste-out' or smog pump exhaust for the longest time, when I unhooked it the backfiring started, but it might be totally unrelated, it's an old abused motor.
Anyways, the codes...
I hope you guys aren't sick of me.. I swear, next payday I'm signing up for the premium membership. Surprised i haven't done it yet, it has paid for itself a dozen times over.
I guess I'll start with the ACT, check vacuum lines (possible something got unplugged), then fix the egr valve. With the valve, I think I just cracked the pipe, I'm going to wrap it in tape to see if it fixes it.
Code 44 - Thermactor system inoperative. A failed smog pump, diverter valve or one of the air control solenoids are the most common causes for Code 44 to rear its ugly head. I have the details for testing the solenoids for proper electrical function but its a tedious and contrived process. PM me if you need the details. (Even I don't usually post things that long).
Code 95 - fuel pump secondary circuit failed. This has another lengthy troubleshooting explanation. However, if the code was received during memory codes you can attempt the "wiggle test on the harness connector at the ICM.
Seriously, the stupid TAD was running to the bypass and TAB was running to the diverter.. my idle got screwy, it caused backfiring, I don't know why that wouldn't have been the cause.. but I guess it wasn't
So I'm getting (after my 'fixes')
33 (CM and KOER)
44 (KOER)
I don't want to go through some tedious process testing solenoids, it's too darn cold.. how much do they cost to replace?
