I replaced them on mine last year. Make sure to soak the bolts for a few days, it makes them a lot easier to remove. On a few of the bushings I was not able to seperate the two halves and had to sawzall them. The bolt came out fine but the inner sleeve was stuck.

Since you sawed some of them, did you replace the inner sleeve? Or does it really matter.
Also, I noticed in the front today. Im guessing that there is suppose to be a Round base piece, under the radi. support where the bushing rest on, did/are these new bushings suppose to push out? If so or not. What was touqe spec on them?
i changed mine out years ago, used a sawzall to cut them off. went to the ford dealer and bought just the lower washer/nut assembly. used grade 5 5 hardware with a thick heavy washer for the top of mount. as far as the core support goes, there are two hole that the bushing slips into. it's possible that your core is rotted if these holes don't exist.
I did this several years ago. It is just about impossible to take these apart without destroying the upper and lower halves. Either sawzall or fire wrench. Replacements are available through a number of sources Another thing, unless you need the polyurethane for racing, I would seriously consider replacing the bushings with stock rubber. I have polyurethane and would not use them again. They are noisy, even with the silicone lubricant and give you an extremely harsh ride.
