I just measured the distance between the centerline of the axle shaft and the pinion yoke and the D60 is only about 1" longer than the D50. Not positive, but I bet with a lift you can get away with using the F250 drive shaft. That's what I plan on doing. I'll just make sure there's enough free play in either direction.

if u have 4" in the 250 just pull out ur ttb and drop brackets swaybar(if u have one) slide ur 60 under with new u-bolts bolt in rehook ur shaft, shocks and the steering linkage to ur pitman arm the holes are in the frame for the track bar so bolt the one in off the 6 inch lift cuz most company use same for 4-6 lifts now if ur 60 is out off a 95-97 u wont even have to bleed ur brakes since capilers be the same pretty simple

They have to be made. Not an off the shelf item.

How would I go about measuring the driveshaft and ordering it?

well you would have to call ask your drive shaft shop how the want the measurement. for instance my guy wants it from center of the u joint cap, to center of the u joint cap.

That's pretty much the standard way of measuring for a new shaft, what I would do is put the stocker in and drive down to the driveshaft shop (might be a little rough, but normal street driving usually won't overextend a stock shaft) and have them measure it, that way if it's wrong its on them. Also, it's a good time to put bigger U joints in, the rear joints out of the new Dodge Rams are supposed to be the strongest available
