FAQ - 3-Point Voltmeter Test

I think this should be added to Read First: '80-'86 Tech Tips, Tricks and Projects:
I have a very good "3 Point Voltmeter Test", that I have used with excellent results for many years. I thought that I would share this easy test with everyone here. I have posted this test on my albums page as well as on my photobucket page.
