I know they do make headers for the 460! Although I don't know if they make any headers for vans. Different fit.

I can't remember right now what's the name of the brand that makes 'em either.

Try to pinpoint that leak. It may be an emissions problem or a plug in the head. Sales people want your money and will tell you anything to get it but I am not sure that headers will do you much good without other work also.

I found one listing for headers on a van with a 351, don't remember where and decided not to do it.

Get a tach and a vacuum gauge. Run the engine about 2800-3000 rpms for power. Works great in my truck. Wish I had the 460 in the van.

check this link:
Banks Power | 93-98 Ford - 7.5L Class-A>>TorqueTubes® Exhaust Manifolds
part number 49220

or:
HEADERS CERAMIC FORD CERAMIC COATING, 1993.5-1995, 460 F.I., 2WD, AIR INJECTION STANDARD at Doug Thorley Headers dougthorleyheaders.com

made my own collector. i have a single in/out cat so i trimmed the inlet cone back to weld in a piece of 3.5" tubing to match my collector. trimmed the back cone for a 3" exh system.

investigate an MSD6A - made my van pull like crazy at low rpm - overall the best mod i have made...

A class A will not work on a class C.
It is almost impossible to put them on a class C. But it can be done but the chip on the PCM is worthless and you have to use higher priced fuel with one to stop the knocking.
You can do the same thing as the chip by advancing the timing to 12* BTDC, stock is 10* BTDC. That is what the chip does.
