If you order a truck, it will be a Job 2. The Job 2 trucks that the dealer has will have the changes. Here is a link to the Job 2 changes:

The limited slip diff prevents one wheel without traction from keeping the vehicle from moving. In an open diff torque is split between both wheels; when one slips the other receives equal torque. Meaning that if one wheel is on ice and the other is on pavement, the truck behaves just like both wheels are on ice.

A limited slip diff prevents this. As soon as a wheel starts spinning clutch packs in the diff engage to provide power to the non-spinning wheel. This allows the truck to have traction if only one wheel can grip.

The e-locker isn't available with the 3.73s because this is the only ratio for the DRW trucks, which use a Dana M80 axle instead of the Visteon 10.5" the SRW trucks use. The e-locker is only designed for the SRW trucks.

I have the DRW for the same reason you said, my next trailer...
I have a 4x4 so, limited slip is not an issue...
