1996 Explorer #4 Misfire

1996 Explorer #4 Misfire
My sister in laws 96 Explorer 5.0 keeps having a misfire on #4. We replaced the plug and it was fine for a little, replaced the coil pack for that side and it is a little better. I guess the next step is to replace the plug wires. Unless someone has an idea what is going on with it??

Try a can of fuel injector cleaner in gas tank.

I would have done plug wires long before a coil pack.

No local store had them in stock (Not even NAPA)...coil pack was in stock. Coil pack and plug wires cost the same.
