new hows everyone

hey im new to the site just thought id post up my project its a 1967 F100 its currently got a 352 ive got a 460 crate motor that has 20k on it that im gonna throw in it gonna pick up a set of 429 heads gonna shorten the wheel base a little lower it and make it a nice street strip truck






heres the motor its gonna get gonna keep the serpentine set up


and heres my dads 71 f100 460 airgap intake holley 850 double pumper shorty heads 2 1/2 in exhaust spool still coloum shift he wanted to keep it that way since it was so nice of a truck timing gears and a race cam

Sweet! I shortened mine, you can take a look at my garage and see it. I went radical, shortened a long bed to 5 1/2 feet. Since you're just starting out the project you might want to check out the threads on putting a Crown Vic front suspension into it too; a pretty easy swap that will make a world of difference in how it drives.

ya i saw one thread about that didnt look into it to much but am gonna go back and read more ya this isnt the first time my dad and i have shorted one this one we buily a few years ago total bed length was 33inchs

wont be going that radical again but gonna shorten it up a bit

Now that's short!!!! That must have been a handful at speed.

no it actually tracked really straight you could take your hands off the wheel and it would go straight
