There is a difference between the 2wd and 4wd columns. Which do you have?

and you'll have more luck finding one in a Bronco. I know when I ordered my 79 F150 XLT,4x4, 4sp, it was the 1st tilt wheel in a non-auto truck the Dealer ever had.

Tilt wheel first offered in 1978 F100/350's, Bronco's (and Econolines). Some people have them in their vehicles, but are unaware, because...
1967 thru 1980: All Ford tilt wheels (first offered in 1967 Mustang/Cougar) operate off the turn signal handle...press it forward = BOING!
1981 Escort/Lynx were the first FoMoCo vehicles to have a separate lever to operate the tilt wheel, that GM, ChryCo and AMC used from day one.

I always prefered the tilt working off the turn signal, it was unique and very functional, pretty sure thats how my '88 was as well.
