Are you out of warranty or just want to know for sure that it's low on freon? I assume that you don't have a meter/tester to check for voltage at the clutch? Might be easier to pull the connector, run a wire from one contact to a good ground, run another wire from the other contact to the + battery post and that should pull the clutch in. Can be done with the engine OFF also. If that doesn't work the clutch coil is open.
Post the question on the A/C pages a bit further down the list of forums. If you have a meter, you can measure the resistance of the LPCO switch. I don't have access to the pinout.
Wouldn't this still be under warranty?

I am sure if you are poking around and something happens, cause you are poking around. Then you will take it in and the dealer finds whats really wrong(fixes it) and then finds something else cause u were poking around.
I can see if now......
That dealer sucks or that dam car sucks or why are they wanting to charge me for that ?? I didn't do that.
Please just take it in and what you say, have the dummies fix it the right way.
