ticking noise in reverse

ticking noise in reverse
Just got the truck and noticed there's a ticking noise when I'm in reverse. Its a 351m 4 speed. I know in my 91 jetta I had, it was the throw out bearing which led to a whole new tranny rebuild when I fried reverse totally. Any thoughts?

Could be a bad U-joint bearing cap? My old '85 Toyota made that sound in reverse and it turned out to be joints...
