Heater Problems

Hello. I've got a 2004 Ex 6.0 Heater and blower are working, but the buttons to direct the heat are not. Can not seem to get any heat to flow down low. I've looked through some of the posts, but didn't see this particular issue where power is getting to the unit, but the buttons aren't working. Any advice would be apporeciated to get me started.

Check vacuum lines to see if there's a leak.

Mine got stuck on high fan blowing heat only thrugh all of the vents/ducts.
I had to replace the whole control. It shorted out something in there. Worked fine ever since.

Cay, mines doing the exact same thing. What did that control cost you if you dont mind me asking? Thanks, scott w.

Thanks JH - vacuum line had a leak under the hood. Now I've got to go take care of the mouse problem in the shop. Wonder what else got chewed on.
