You have to switch the driver and passenger side and then flip them for it to work.

The 08 and up trucks had a new tail light that had the reverse light moved to the top. It's been a popular upgrade for the 99-07 guys. Nick and I were talking about it and figured why not us? You flip them over and switch sides.

I had cut the top tab off and then it lined up perfect.
