Hey everyone, having heater issues again. I replaced the heater core in a factory a/c 78 f100 and the heater hoses and just recently burned off all the anti freeze that had gotten behind everything from the leak. Well my heat works-ish it ran for about 45 mins and the air coming out was only mildly warm.
Honestly just having antifreeze not leak on my passenger floor is a gift from God so I don't really need heat but, I know my old 78 gave me hot air so somethings off on this one. If you have any ideas as to why id greatly appreciate it. thank you.
A 180 would make the enigne run cooler, reuslting in your heat being cooler. It's also a lot harder on the engine in cold weather. I'd stick with a 195
