electrical? fuel? idk help!
96 powerstroke. check engine light comes on and off intermittently and runs rough. had it scanned and it came up with #7 injector circuit low. i replaced the entire uvcwh including the plugs on the out side. got it back together still runs extremely rough and hard to start but no CEL. swapped idm's and did the same thing. checked hpop and its full. checked ipr and its good. checked fuel filter its clean and its the correct filter. took filter out and cranked the motor and the bowl filled up so the fule pump is working fine. im out of ideas now? whats next re-check my wiring?

look at your wiring harness real good for spots that the squirrels got to. It's that time of year. I'd unhook it from the pcm and idm too and look at all the pins. Or maybe first, swap solonoids with another one to see if the miss moves. .
You do realize that the buzz test goes in the firing order right? Just so you aren't looking for a problem on the wrong one.
