Are you sure. The 04 has front leaf springs, and the 06 doesn't. The rim offset isn't the same, so the 06 rim & tire, if I'm not mistaken will have tire rub on the 04 leaf springs.

Wow, I was not aware. My roommate has an '05 with aftermarket wheels and his fit on mine just fine. But they also sit out a ways from where the factory rims were. Didn't really think of that. Definitely worth looking into for sure though! I do know we have the same exact spare if that means anything.
Which way does the offset go??? the newer ones with the coils tuck the wheels in more than the leaf spring setup??? Easiest way to ask, will they stick out farther or tuck under the body??
They will fit. But they will set inside the wheel well about 6 inches. Tried that about 6 months ago, when I got new wheels and a friend wanted to buy my old factory wheels.
They will rub on the leaf springs when the wheel is a full lock. Just took a 08 set of wheels off a 03 truck for this very reason. Backspacing on the late models wheels is like 6" and the earlier models is 4.5".
This is a Picture of the offset that I am looking at, I got the seller to measure and send me a pic, REMEMBER these rims will go on a 2004 F-250 w/ Leaf front end........ Obviously I cant seem to get a pic on here so Ill just say from the WMS to the straight edge laying across the lip of the rim, the measurement is around is 4 1/2".... Sounds like they will work no????

An offset dimension is the distance from the mounting flange to the centerline of the wheel. Not from the lip. But the above does appear to be what an '05 and up wheel would be. Newer wheels have the center flange offset toward the outside. Older wheels have the center flange almost (1/4") dead center.
They will rub. How much, and whether you will like it, has already been debated above.

This is why I asked, there is nothing wrong with trying to make the answer as clear as possible... I just thought my 04 was considered "Early Model".
