Changing Spark Plugs...

Would like to change the plugs and wires in mom's 2000 Exploder with the 4.0 V-6.
Would it be easier to go through the wheel wells to get to the plugs? Any other tips?
Have done the plugs a couple times in our 2002 F-150 w/5.4, so have lots of extensions and swivels...

Yes, go through the wheel wells. Just make sure you use the right parts. Use only Motorcraft or Autolite Double Platinum plugs of the correct heat range and gap, or fine wire Iridium plugs. Same with plug wires if applicable. Don't use Bosch, Champion, etc. They cause more trouble than they are worth, spark plugs are not expensive, just buy the right ones.

Thanks Khan.
As you may recall, have been through this with our F-150 after trying the E-3 plugs that took out a COP...
