97 F250 Dana 60 work!!!???
Okay guys I am about to tackle the front end of my new truck. Has a dana 60 with leaking axle on the passenger side. Plan is to replace both inner and outer seals. Replace all the ball joints. Finish up with new disc rotors and pads. Is there anything else I should address while working the axle? Here is a update picture of my truck with my wheels off my 94....

big hammer lots of 2x4s the spindles can be such a pain in the butt to get loose, they get rusted up and almost grow together. when i did mine i cleaned all the rust off and put grease in there hoping next time i could actually get it apart. u cant hit where the bearing and threads are for the wheel bearings. i also used a large puller on the spindle nut to get mine off, not easy job. for me at least. good luck to u. no need to change the bearings in the front differential. they should be fine unless they got water damaged or something.

I painted the mating surfaces with Never Sieze before it went back together.
I agree the spindle tubes off is the worst part.
Lots of PB Blaster in addition to the above mentioned tools helps get it loose.
