Does anybody know how to remove the rear window washer nozzle? If i try to spray, nothing comes out, but eventually it does leak out of the headliner. I belive the hose is unhooked or cracked, but can't seem to get the washer nozzle out and really don't wanna scratch it up to bad by trying to get it from the outside if thats not the way it's suppossed to come out.
Thanks,
Lonnie
Good chance the hose has disconnected above the headliner. You will need to remove the rear trim piece at the back of the headliner. Be careful and pull gently. There are 5 or 6 clips that hold it onto the truck. Once that is removed, there are 2 black plastic push in clips that hold the headliner to the truck. Be careful removing these as not to damage the headliner. Once you remove the 2 black clips you should be able to drop the headliner down enough to see the washer hose. The hose runs from the right rear tail upwards and then over to the hose/nozzle. There is "union" connection in the hose above the headliner. This is a one way valve so washer fluid doesn't run backwards. If you remove it, get it the right direction or you won't have any washer fluid coming out. I had the same problem as you and I have determined my nozzle is plugged up. I need to remove it and clean it out. Hope that helps.
thanks ill try that.had hoped to do that as well as clean the throttle body (to stop the initial stuck pedal) on my lunch today but the washer nozzle may have to wait....sound more in depth than my hour lunch will allow for both things
well ended up having time to do both plus clean out the car...turned out the hose was disconnected from the nozzle in the rear hatch....after taking off the plastic and pulling back the headliner,i couldnt find a union...then i pulled the grommet out of the tailgate and very lightly pulled the hose and it just kept coming until it came out...finally got the nozzle out(almost broke it) and hooked it up and now it works....to remove the nozzle the release tab is @ the bottom nearest the window, the top has an alignment tab...i started gently prying all around it and the top was the only side i could really get to give...kept working @ it and it finally came out with out breaking off the tab but it was bent and mangled pretty good...got it bent back as best as possible but at least now i know to work @ the bottom not the top...thanks for the help its a great forum

At least I know which side to "worK" on. But could you please tell us what you used to pry it loose? A screwdriver, a pocket knife, etc?
