If I could narrow it down to TWO tools that could do most jobs...needle nose pliers with cutters, and a medium sized crescent wrench. But, I'm tempted to say channel locks even though they have a tendency to round off everything...

LOL I have been doing this exact thing for years and my friends always laugh at me when I use the Flatbed as my portable Lift/Frame machine!!! although I must add that I highly reccomend throwing a couple of huge jackstands under the rear of the body if it isnt all the way forward and slid into the front locks in the case of your photo as I sure wouldnt want to be under there if a hydraulic line lets go...
