I have a 4-channel amp hooked up to pioneer 3-ways all around the front (6 1/2) and the rear (6x9) when ever I turn the ignition off this noise like somthing is popping accurs. what is this from?
Turn on and turn off POP noises are not unusual in amplifiers. Lesser quality amps usually produce a greater db noise when powered down, due to poor design and cheap internals. There are products that can be used such as the one Tempe suggested, which can reduce or eliminate these noises.
haha, I forgot about this post! it was so long ago. I thought I would never find anything for that dumb noise.
I think I'm going to have to buy those eliminators!
