edge insight question
my screen is blank on my insight when connected to my truck. my computer still communicates with the gauge. is there a reset? anybody else have this problem?

Sounds a bit like a problem I had back in August. I called Edge, and they comanded a "reboot" to my unit when hooked up to my computer, and it reset the unit, and has been working fine ever since. Hope this helps.

Your not by any chance turning the ignition off once the screen boots up and before you actually crank it over? If you turn the ignition off for example to recycle the glow plugs and then back on, once you start the truck you will get a blank screen.

fordman35, you were correct, the tech @ edge had to update my firmware, using
the fusion software! The tech's are very helpful & waited on the line while i was steered
to the program/setting! Thanks again!
