sinister is good folks or direct from A/E they are also nice people but Sinister had to change their name back do to some legal BS so it's Strictly diesel again
Anyone know how to use the ae to recalibrate the revs per mile to adjust for different tire size? I have been trying to figure that one out for a while.
Scotty hers a link on the fte 7.3 forum that I used to Calibrate my 2002 7.3 Payson PSD in post 4 has a adobe file with good instructions to do it although when i did my 2002 when I choose my tire size the spedo was still out so i used MS streets and trips with my GPS showing the speed and just kept chosing different tire sizes till my spedo matched.

One quick question
Can you read the current factory software version with this software?
If you are talking about the strategy of the truck, I think I did stumble upon that once, but I'll have to mess around with it some more to make sure how to get to it. That was during my phase of "playing around with the new toy" with regard to the software.
If you're ordering a AE, don't forget Clay at Riffraff, he answers questions on here, so I got one from him. Just heading out the door to plug it in and try it. And, I suspect, there will be many stupid questions coming from me in the near future... :-(
Thanks, I found a lot of sites! AETools, AESWave,,,,yours was the one.
$400 for the Ford package.
...but Sinister Diesel also has them for $360.

Same reason I got mine from Riffraff for only $359, not to mention he ships same day and offers free shipping as well.
and it drops ships from A/E anyway so it's always fresh lol
both are great companies !
LOL, maybe sometimes but mine came right from them, had it to days later. I know alot of companies overuse drop shipping these days and it seems to add several days to the transit time. I always try to support a company that gets my order out same day.
