After researching this site for way too long and trying to decide between '08 and '03 mirrors, I finally decided I to purchase the Kool Vue Towing Mirrors for the Ex. Thanks to this site, I knew to avoid the mirrors that only fold towards the Ex and don't fold forward. I almost made the mistake of buying the single fold mirrors off craigslist.
Ordered the dual folding, heated, power towing mirrors for an '03 (harness adapter for '00 included) from Auto Parts Warehouse. Ordered at 11:30 pm on Wed and received them today (Fri). Turns out they have a warehouse in the next city over.
These mirrors appear to be great quality and they were easy to install. I couldn't resist putting them on immediately, so I was out in the cold doing the install. These mirrors look great. I can't believe it took me this long to do one of the simplest mods/upgrades. The only issue I ran into was connecting the heat/defrost. I assumed it was part of the harness adapter, but I don't believe it is. I'll be researching that tonight.
Many thanks to all that continue to post and provide feedback. It helps tremendously.
