Engine Failsafe Mode
The '06 is startin to show her age. While driving, at normal speed, the engine went dead, no ps pb nothin and I was makin a turn. Info panel said Engine Failsafe Mode then came up low oil pressure. First time was low oil, did it again today 01/14/11 but oil is fine. Any help would be appreciated. Also my climate control is not working properly, blows hot then cold and fan doesn't adjustat all????

As to the climate control system, it sounds like the coolant level may be either low or there is an air pocket in the system. That would make for the temperature swing. The fan only having 1 speed is probably the blower motor resistor if it is manual control system. If it is the EATC system, you'll need to get the shop manual and diagnoze by the symptom. For the other problem, we need codes to steer you in the right direction.
