Actually, only the NW corner of Washington is overrun by nerds. Slackers are everywhere. You did forget one thing though. The Seattle metro area is also completely overrun by the most dreaded of all people, the liberals.

If you seen it you know where it is.
I never saw it so I don't beleive it exists.
Hoping someone on this site could help me.

You gotta love driving downtown sometimes! I live in the foothills of the mountains. We are considered redneck out here.
I used to attend the Art Institute of Seattle, and would catch all kinds of flak for driving a lifted truck and being a hunter. You should see them liberals flip out when you show up to a late class still wearing your camo from a quick hunting trip! And don't even get started with the levis and cowboy boots!!
Nerds are everywhere. Not just the NW. Hell, I could be called one because I can use a computer, and own more than one suit and tie! But as an engineer, I can honestly say I have never owned or use a pocket protector!

I am very offended. That is a poor excuse for a lame insult. I was hoping for more than that. Something like....Yes, it is really that flat, or You think the Wizard of Oz was make believe?
I demand a apology or I'll request a tornado to pay you a visit.
Really, the wind doesn't always blow that hard here all the time.

While passing through Kansas on I-70 last year, my daughter asked why all the trees were "Bent Over".
I told her that the earth spins a little faster here. I like your answer better.

Geez Dan, it's not that easy to find humorous things about Kansas.
(Besides, at least two of my Grandparents were from KS)

Which Beulah are you referring to? I know there is one in Wyoming, on the east side just a short distance across the South Dakota Border on highway 14. There is also one in North Dakota. Haven't checked to see if there are any others.
I liked the mottos. Could have been more creative for South Dakota though But be careful because we might make you think of one for east river and one for west river.
South Dakota - Where millions of years of errosion is a tourist trap (Badlands National Park)
It's ok though that not to many people know much about our state. I really like it when people don't know where Mount Rushmore is, or even better is when they don't know there is a South Dakota and a North Dakota.
