mechanic wanted
I live in Lawrence KS and I'm looking for a mechanic to bring my truck back to a better running condition. I bought a 97 crewcab 4X4 with 300K miles and it seems a little doggy compared to my 95. I realize it's a heavier truck and has more driveline to push.
Once I get it running good I want to convert to WVO for my daily 90 mile roundtrip commute. I plan to keep the truck for a long time. I don't have a place to do the work and my new job has to be the 1st priority anyway.
If anybody knows of a good mechanic to bring my engine to factory specs and eventually convert it to WVO in the Kansas City metro area please chime in.
